The location's great, an easy 15-minute walk to several beachfront restaurants. The place itself is cosy enough, with a bit of olde worlde charm.
The room itself feels a bit poky, with just a dim overhead light. I think this is deliberate, to give it a warm cosy atmosphere. And it's compensated by spacious common areas, both indoor and out.

The house is very unique it had style, and the breakfast was lovely. we chatted with other guests at the table and Lynne was friendly and welcoming.

Lovely terrace, warm and friendly landlady, convenient parking. It had everything we needed! Warm blanket, comfy room, fridge and microwave. Just like at home :-)
We had to leave, because our holiday was over.

Lynne was so friendly and helpful, location was great , continental breakfast was nice ,
Our room was comfortable with nice balcony and right by the stairs to the swimming pool which my husband was happy with .

Location to where our reunion was being held
Our room Number 1 had not been made up after check in time and receipt of entry details. Only a very basic clean was done before we returned at night. Both windows and window tracks in bedroom and bathroom were filthy, dirty ceiling fan, Dust on the back of the TV, dusty and dirty behind the toilet, bathroom has had a very amateurish renovation in the past, all floors dirty and would appear hasn't been cleaned properly for quite a while, bed was not comfortable Common areas also looked in need of a good clean. Complex has 6 units there is parking for 2 cars on the premises. In summary Ainslie Manor fell well below our expectations and not value for money, our room has not had a thorough clean in some time, we would not stay there again and would not recommend this property based on our experience

The manager was very welcoming , the accommodation was lovely, clean, nice size and in a nice quiet location.
