Really super clean and nice hotel every staff member was extremely friendly location wise it is excellent for the price performance ratio right across from the main train station there is a big Woolworths just next door and you are basically in the middle of the city

The large and well-arranged room, the facilities, and the staff. Besides these, two things stood out: 1. Flexibility to accommodate our early checking. Though the rooms were not ready, our luggage was securely stored for us. 2. The location is excellent. It is just across the road from Central Station (train), and around it were shopping places, restaurants, and parks. We like it alot.

The hotel is gorgeous! It has been updated without losing its heritage feel. It is right across from Central station and close to all the amenities I wished to visit. It is a testament to Brisbane's history and all who have helped save this, and many other, beautiful old buildings!!! Love it!
The kitchen was poorly equipped. One small saucepan and small frying pan. No oven mitts to take stuff out of oven. No dish rack to dry dishes. No sharp knife (besides tiny blunt paring knife) to cut vegs or meat. There were no instructions on how to use induction cooktop. I ended up googling it to figure out how to make it work. Only one pan that could go in oven, with no rack to cook roasts etc. Furniture was dirty and worn. Room cleaners were incredibly noisy in hall and when cleaning nearby rooms. Having said all that, I would probably stay here again because I loved the heritage hotel so much, but I will bring my own kitchen supplies next time.

The hotel is We stayed for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants, which made getting around very convenient.
The staff were extremely kind and accommodating, allowing us an early check-in and late check-out due to the slow season, which we really appreciated. The room was very clean and functional, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.
As we were travelling with a baby, I particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prepare my baby’s food. The view overlooking Anzac Square was also a lovely bonus.
We would happily stay here again.

Location was good. Got a 1 bedroom apartment which actually just for 1 night didn't really need.
Got a very early flight and we're able to leave our luggage. We were told to come back around 12 to see if we could check-in early. We arrived about 1.45 and were told that no early check-in was available and check-in was 3pm. We were still on Sydney time so realised it was actually only 12.45 in Qld. We were tired so stayed in the hotel lobby and waited, but not in the sight of the reception desk. Everyone around us were called to check-in, finally at 3.15 I went to the desk to find that the staff we'd been dealing with had finished their shift and we'd been forgotten. On purpose or not, not sure, but I wasn't happy. No explanation, no apology. Would not stay here again.

Great central location and apartment was good for short stay. Small supermarket next door to apartment building and also train station across the road. 2 minute walk to mall made it very convenient location.
The price was a bit hefty, however I believe that was due to an event in Brisbane city that night.

Location was perfect, staff were very courteous and helpful.
Shuttle busses to our event left from right in front.
The AC was hard to regulate and noisy, I had to turn it off around 4am as we were freezing cold.
The hotel ran out of snacks and alcoholic beverages, so I couldn't end my night the way I would have liked.

Location is excellent and felt very secure.
Some minor niggles - the taps in the bathroom were difficult to turn off completely. Also the location of the safe in the bedroom closet was a challenge for a 78 year old!
