The location is very good. The elizabeth quey just 3 mins walk and can access to the main shopping street and london court within 10 mins! The northern bridge and the museum are located about 1/2 hour walkable distance! The rooms are vary depending on the type. Since I have stayed for two days with two different room types, one larger while another one is the normal type? is much much smaller… it is hard to open two large suit cases at the same time and the door of the shower area is not that tight so the water leaked out…. However, the rooms are clean and tidy and we have good sleep! The staff are friendly and helpful as well.
I think the room is quite small and the door of the shower arsa are wear and tear.

The location is really central. The rooms were clean and modern. The staff were very helpful - storing our luggage, bringing our luggage to our room, upgrading us. It was a lovely stay. (Particularly the male manager? At reception). He printed some documents for us and offered us an upgrade. His kindness was much appreciated.
