We were looking for a long stay near USYD (with washing machine and 2BR) so this was a good choice. The apartment had everything we needed and busses to CBD and Central Train station are within a block.
The AC output was in the living room so bedrooms became very stuffy with doors closed. The bathroom sink was tiny. The apartment is not “cleaned” during the stay but they say they will swap towels and empty trash every other day. The bed sheets were not soft.

The area was pleasant and comfortable.
The landing in the door openings inside the unit dropped down a little and were a trip hazard for my elderly parents.

As apartment next to main road, I used earplugs to sleep. My family member was not bothered though

Spacious room and enough for two families
Staff were not friendly except one Asian guy who was at front desk.Not enough toiletries (Toilet tissue,towels etc).Dishwasher is not working.beverage supplies not enough even for one day.

Disappointing
We had a 2 bedroom apartment. The windows on the main road were double glazed so sound was minimised. It was private from other apartments due to screens that were movable that allowed light through. The shower was great. Housekeeping was great.
2 of the beds were hard. The TV was not working and we had to have a staff member come to the apartment to log the tv into the wifi. The fridge had large dints on the outside. The dishes were in the dishwasher and still wet and dirty (dishwasher powder provided is cheap and doesn't work). There were loud bangs and occasional random sounds, possibly from the gym on the level below the hotel and the apartments above us, which made it hard to sleep during the day.

Large modern apartment. Comfy beds. Basic kitchen facilities. One dishwasher tablet, one bin bag (small) not enough for a 3 night stay for 4 adults! Great location for public transport.
