Bed was super comfy and the room was great. The kitchen facilities were amazing. I stayed due to a flight cancellation and was so impressed with the set up that I would stay again. The staff were fabulous so helpful and kind, stored my luggage the next day after checkout. I loved exploring Newtown the next day.
A little bit of traffic noise but overall, not that bad. To be honest I was just so glad they had a room for me to stay in due to the flight cancellation and short notice. I could always ask for a room on a different side of the building next time. I was more than likely over stimulated and extremely stressed due to the late cancellation of the flight and being by myself with no knowledge of where to go or what to do. Never had a flight cancelled before.

Location was great, very close to fabulous restaurants and convenient for public transportation. Room was modern and clean. Welcome drink a nice touch!
A bit noisy. Shut windows unless you enjoy the sound of aircraft, bottles smashing and ? Street cleaners. Beds a bit hard but that’s personal preference

Great location in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Newtown. Terrific ambience if a little industrial. Bed was comfy. The bathroom was good. And it had a walk in wardrobe.
