1 member of staff was a little curt upon check in but all other staff were friendly and helpful

Bed was very comfortable. AC was great and very easy to operate. Room was large and bathroom a good size. Everything I needed was available in the room bar an extra blanket.
The upgrade works in the lobby didn't bother me but could bother others. There was a loud like garage door/mechanical opening or lift noise occasionally. The noise didn't go on all night but did shock me at almost midnight when I heard it.
