The location, the history of the building, walkable, and eating places near-by. The rooms were large and include a hotpot, coffee maker, microwave, and a good stock of tea and coffee. The hotel also provides a mini fridge with a set of drinks that are free and stocked daily.
The size and location of the workout area. For a workout room it could use some weights and space for stretching. It would be nice to have a space to sit upstairs.
