Comfortable beds with a pillow selection. Great breakfast buffet with vegetarian options. Central location, one stop by public transport to Circular Quay about 20 minutes by foot. Easy to reach by public transport from the airport (Town Hall).
Hotel entrance is not well highlighted. The hotel can easily be missed.

Not always towels at pool. Lifts took ages to get up to rooms due to one being out of service. Sometimes was a 5 min wait.

The lift service is far too slow in peak times. And there are 2 lots of lifts to get to your room. Couldn’t use the stairs from level 10 down to level 8. Drop off of car for valet parking is in a no stopping zone.

The room was very spacious, bed was comfortable Getting ready for an event was comfortable and the room layout great. The breakfast buffet had small batches of food which i assume was made like so so it remains very fresh. A freshly made breakfast with many not only asian varieties but meditaranian options. Rooms were very clean, smelt fresh and unmasked by scent, they were actually cleaned. Conceriage and bell staff were quick and managed alot of people swiftly.
There was nothing i didnt like. The next time i would book to stay longer.
