Great location and the room was spacious and very clean. Although a little aged and worn, was very comfortable.
Check in staff lacked a good customer service attitude, we did not feel welcomed to the hotel, rather we were just ‘processed’. I know it is an airport hotel and there are lots of comings and goings, but your first interaction with staff at check in has a big effect on your stay. I came away with the feeling that the staff member we dealt with was under supervised. After putting our things in the room we went down to the bar and grill restaurant that is just off the hotel foyer. We intended to have a couple of drinks and then maybe stay and have a meal, rather than leaving the hotel. Both staff that we saw in the restaurant were very disinterested in acknowledging customers and helping them. We left the restaurant without purchasing anything as we were sick of waiting to be helped with a drink, and got an Uber to a nearby restaurant strip for a meal. Must admit though the young female staff member that assisted with our checkout the next morning was very good and helpful - even though it was around 5am in the morning.

The property is modern and close to the Airport. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and quiet. The breakfast buffet was quite impressive. Reception staff are friendly and efficient.

It was necessity that brought us together but within a mere 18 hours we developed an unusually intense bond and by the time it came to leave it was surprisingly difficult tearing myself from the cloying embrass of the Stanford Plaza Sydney Airport Hotel and Conderence Center. Miss!

The beds were comfy
Not enough lights in the room so it was very dark and hard to read a book. The bathroom although nice was very out dated, rusty features and warped/mouldy wood. Staff at check in were very rude especially when my card declined as the bank deemed it fraud.
