Great location, good value for money, great staff
Rooms are very small, yes we knew this. But there is nowhere to put your suitcase - it won’t even slide under the bed. So what was ‘little room to move’ becomes ‘no room to move’

Very nice hotel in a central location. Very close to Hyde Park, Museum train station and Metro as well.
Nice bar. Good breakfast options. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Good Wifi.
Excellent price for what you get compared to other accomodations I've been before.
Complaining on a high level: a rooftop and a gym would be very nice.
Scrambling eggs at breakfast buffed didn't look nice at all. An egg station to get freshly prepared, individualized eggs would be great. But of course all these things would cost money and increase the excellent price level of today.

Easy to get to by public transport from the airport, a small room but very comfortable, overlooking a lovely courtyard with trees, wonderful breakfast, friendly helpful staff, easy walking to Hyde Park, museums and Circular Quay. Would definately stay there again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size for 3 adults; decor was pleasant and restful; very generous sized bathroom. Lovely buffet breakfast included. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant - food was fabulous. Good location - approx 6 min walk to Museum train station and 4 min walk to bus stop for Eastern beaches.

Location was great. Near to station and Chinatown. Room was clean and cosy. Breakfast was ok but if kitchen allowed sunny side up eggs will be perfect. Only thing no pool and gym.

Lovely, friendly staff and comfortable, clean rooms. Location excellent with shops and restaurants all within walking distance, as well as bus stops nearby for further travel. Breakfast delicious.
A few bedside lamps were not working, probably just needed a lightbulb replaced.
