Location was great. Room was big with lots of windows. The kitchen was well equipped. Daily housekeeping.
Furnishing felt corporate. Internet was spotty at times for virtual meetings.

Good location near two metro stations for getting into the city, also very near a large supermarket and some takeaway places. Generally spacious, comfortable and bright rooms. Pool came with a jacuzzi for use in colder weather. Rooms come with a hob and microwave so was able to eat in on some nights to save money.
Area isn't the most interesting for walking around in despite the above, although not a problem if you're spending most of the time in the city. Would have been nice if hotel had a bar although not the biggest issue. Pool is out of the sun all day so not the warmest, most people used the jacuzzi only instead.

Our room was great, however, normally the pillows have been more comfortable to lie, this time they were a little lumpy and uncomfortable. The ease of booking in and car parking is excellent.

Good location, close to the train station and hospital. The room has everything you need. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

Location was great because this property is a short walk from a train station, a metro station, and many restaurants. This property was also very clean and well maintained.
The pool is fancy but was too cold to get in a swim. It didn't seem to be heated. The jacuzzi was heated though.

Excellent location, with train and metro making it easy to get into the city. Very friendly and helpful reception. We arrived early and was allowed to park and leave our car which was very helpful. We have stayed there on several occasions and have always been impressed.

Friendly staff, great location, clean and comfy beds.
I'm a light sleeper, so I felt the noise from the freeway and the odd yahoo from someone a little intoxicated on the way home from the pub woke me up. But not that hotel's fault. Just my opinion from a light sleeper. I did have my windows open, so it probably was quieter if I closed them.

Perfect location to walk and grab Oliver Brown’s breakfast, Subway lunch and Bon Pollo Halal Chicken dinner. Gated secure parking was easily accessible behind hotel underground.
No lounge chair to sit back and watch tv. Too uncomfortable to only sit in a desk chair or propped up on the bed.
