Well set out and appointed apartment, very clean, staff friendly and happy to help. Good location easy access to center of city.
The only thing we could say let the apartment down was the lounge which was lumpy, bumpy and definitely in need of replacing. Could not use as to uncomfortable

The room was clean and comfortable with a functional compact kitchen and TV with tonnes of pay tv channels as well as streaming services installed. The wifi was actually usable for business! There is a laundry in the basement which was handy for a longer stay. It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the metro station or there's a bus to the city on the front doorstep. Despite being on a main road the room was very quiet and I had no trouble sleeping. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.
The pool is being renovated or something at the moment so it's out of action but this was made clear when I booked and I think the rates are a bit cheaper as a result. The gym is small as you kind of expect.

It’s not the property it’s the way they run their business is very unprofessional. I paid an additional $60 to have 2 hours added on the check out time. Checkout was meant to be at 1 however u got disturbed by house keeping twice. First was at 9am and the second time was 11. I spoke to reception who said they have spoken to the manager and will be reimbursed an hour. Was going to make a big deal and try to get out of paying the additional 2 hours but I will never stay there nor will I recommend it a place to stay.

It was a lovely surprise to check in and be upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment - what a bonus!
The apartment was perfect and after being on the road for a week it was great to be able to wash and dry our clothes...
We travel with a large van so being able to park outside in the car park was great - some places do not cater for larger/higher vehicles!
We would definitely stay at Macquarie Park again!

The location was great, very central. The room was nice, modern, and clean, had everything we needed. Staff were helpful. I like the idea of security parking.
I didnt like the inter-connecting door.Next door had a party on the Saturday night so the music and talking was loud. I tried calling reception but it was after hours and just got a recording. Told the staff the next morning and she said I could of called security. I didn't know this. Had very little sleep as they kept banging the doors. We had to get up early for a sporting event.
