Pool great but spa jets haywire and not pleasant
Better carpet as made my feet black
Got locked in bathroom as door handle fell off
Maintenace quick but I had to use wrench they put under door to get out

The bathroom door locked my son in the lock was broken and stuck in there no phone or way out my son had to fix the lock to open the door very bad maintenance

The size of the apartment was a real surprise. It was far bigger than we expected.
The location was ideal for us, close to the beach, main shopping area, transport and the brilliant RSL club.

Fabulous location, fabulous view. Staff are super friendly and helpful.
Room a little on the small side. Shower is not designed for people who are tall. Not impressed with the fee for parking that has been recently introduced. This has been free every other time we have stayed.

Neat and tidy rooms with everything you need for a short or extended stay.
The room was spacious with a lovely view.
Well located close to beach, restaurants, walks and shops.
Lovely staff that accommodated an earlier check in on arrival.
Great little pool area.

Fabulous location across the road from the beach and adjacent to many great restaurants and bars. Fabulous staff. Comfy bed and very good amenities with everything you'll need. Very quiet with the doors closed to the balcony - great balcony. Good parking

Pillows were soft cheap and synthetic. The spa wasn’t working which we were not told during check in. Not enough towels for pool and bathroom. Shower very slippery. Needs a mat.

Absolutely outstanding location, pet friendly, cute touches like a water bowl, treats and poo bags for our puppy. Incredibly clean and comfortable. Outstanding staff service. Great gym & pool. Will definitely be back!
Would be nice if the pool was heated, but otherwise perfect!

Clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were excellent, especially Jo, really helpful. Great location near to beach and everything.
Paying a premium for a ‘Sea View’ when there isn’t one as Pine Trees block the view. Staff were great in allocating us a room with ‘Sea Glimpses’, that could just about see through one section of the trees.

Location
Noise- room was directly above Northies night club. Loud music until 2am. Room had a mouldy smell for the duration of the stay. Reported this issue to the front desk- not sure if anything was done post complaint. Thankfuly the weather was good so we didn't need to spend time in the room as the smell was unhealthy. Furniture on the balcony is very basic and uncomfortable. - so never used it and being on level 1 road noise was unbearable. I feel the building is misleading as Quest has only rooms up to Level 5 and King Studio apartments are apparently on Level 1. Views were disappointing from this level. Lovely pool and outdoor area. Staff were friendly. Check in could be smoother- front desk was under resourced. Check out was seamless.

Close to the beach. Clean room.
I booked through booking.com and they charged me on arrival more than my booking as they said i hadn't paid, which i had. They did eventually realise their mistake and refund me but they weren't going to believe me.
The shower had terrible water pressure which made the shower very disappointing.
