Can't fault the place except the kids bed situation
For the amount of money you pay a kid should have a decent bed n seperate room without paying a small fortune

Had 3 rooms at the Park Hyatt. As soon as we arrived, the staff were so polite and helpful. We attended for my daughter's 21st and the young man checking us in gave a bouquet of flowers to my daughter for her birthday. Staff helped us unload and load our car and staff in the restaurant were very helpful. Rooms are absolutely beautiful and everything about the Park Hyatt was just exceptional. Would gladly stay here again.

Had a wonderful view of the Opera house but we were in a room with a leaking balcony which wasn’t great. Fortunately they did move us on the third night upper level which was better.
We disappointed when we arrived an hour and a half early that there wasn’t a welcome drink just to say pay you here. And then they forgot to call us or supposedly called the wrong number when our room was ready so we didn’t have to check in till all after the check-in time and we were just waiting in the foyer.

The Park Hyatt is exquisite. We have had stays starting 27 years ago - our engagement, and then 25 years ago, our wedding night... many more since then. The rooms, staff, attention to detail, location are world leading Thank you Park Hyatt… love it!
