I’ve stayed at the hotel twice - previously in a twin room and this time in a king room. Both were nicely appointed but the king room I stayed in on Level 8 in particular seemed to be recently renovated and was beautiful. Comfy bed, great shower and had a little kitchenette. Will book to stay in this room again! Checking in and out was seamless and breakfast was nice - it had everything you’d expect. Location is great - short walk to shops, public transport and lots of restaurants and cafes.
Only two lifts and one out of order meant it was a bit of a wait at times, no in room phone which wasn’t a big deal but would’ve been convenient, the TV wouldn’t connect to YouTube or Netflix, construction noise outside at times (block out curtains helped though).

The location is excellent. Car park next door and walk to tram. The hotel is quiet so you’ll get a good nights sleep.

It was convenient. Easy to get around.
The shower room had mold on the ceiling and the staff at check in was very rude. The staff do not seem to communicate with each other and the lady at reception was very dismissive.
