Ease of checking in, whole process was very simple and instruction from staff was brilliant. Accomodation was lovely and ample for what I needed for the week. Facilities such as laundry and kitchen in the apartment were fantastic.

we were able to get an early check in by 11 am, which was amazing due to my kids were so tired and sleepy
the room was quite old, no view at all, as per photos, we could see only branches of the trees and the heavy noise from the motorway all day and night. The clothes dryer wasnt working properly and the dishwasher didnt work etheir, the phone line to contact reception stop working on the second day of our stay, and wasnt fixed until we checked out. we had to use our mobile line in roaming to make calls to reception inccouring in more cost to us. The paid parking was a pain sometimes unble to find a spot to park, the gates closed or lifts that connect to pur aparment not working. Our daughter lost one of our iphone in the apartment, even the gps shows last seen there teh staff couldnt find it.

Great location (near airport and my son's apartment), facilities in room and building were exactly what we needed. Plenty supply of toiletries and washing products. Staff dealt with any questions quick and efficiently.
The safe is in a very awkward position. There are no instructions on outside of safe or cooker fan to work toaster. I don't c like using a tumbler dryer so would have liked a clothes horse .

The location was good and our family suite was fantastic. It was on the 22nd floor with a terrace. The kitchen was huge and we had two bathrooms. Everything perfect.

Rooms were nice and big and comfortable for sleeping. Kitchen was large and wifi was easy to connect and use. Swimming pool was great as well
Some aspects of the room were not clean, a lot of fluff etc that hadn't been vacuumed. The Kitchen items were a bit hit and miss for such a nice kitchen layout and small things like no soap in the shower and bathrooms

The room was beyond what I was expecting, very very clean, amazing layout and was a lot larger than I was expecting, was a great room. For me, the location was perfect, close to the airport, and easy walking distance from public transport. 2 minute walk from a shopping mall with a great value supermarket. The staff were great and very helpful, and the location was also very quiet.

Nice staff and fantastic gym, spa and indoor pool. Parking underneath is also good. It's 2 min walk to Coles and all shoppings.
There's a row of rooms watching the freeway below and if you are there, good luck with your sleep and tea time on the balcony.

WiFi was slow for 2 days then on 3 rd day it didn’t work at all. The hotel staff could not fix the problem for the entire building we were staying in.
