Not clear instructions how to get to the room and the level that you need. For older people will be struggling to use the elevator.

Great location with the lite railrun in the street behind. Lots of eateries, hotels, supermarkets and shops close by Very close to China Town and central train station. Easy to get to Circular Quay using the lite rail. Hey, get the free NSW rail Opal card and if eligible, travel by rail, ferry or lite rail everywhere for just $2.50 per day. The staff at the Meriton suites on Kent Street was exceptional especially young Mr Alexander ? Great view of Darling Harbour from the 54th floor.
We were lucky that we were on the 54th floor but you could still hear the thumping noise of the lite rail crossing the street intersection every 3-4 minutes and at a lower level may, cause some people concern. There were 2 other Meriton suites buildings close by, which may not experience that inconvenience.

The staff were exceptional! I loved the little bonus offering of slippers and the use of hotel umbrellas while we stayed. Super comfortable large bed & great gym and pool facilities.

Reception staff were excellent and friendly. We arrived early and expected that we would just store our baggage and return after 3:00 pm check-in but to our surprise we were advised that our room was available early at 9:00 am. We have travelled the world and this has never happened before.

Great location, pool and sauna was really nice and the staff at the check in desk were very helpful and friendly
I wouldn’t give any negative feedback for our stay, check in / out was easy, they even held our bags for us for the day while we explored upon check out.

Location. Walking distance to Sydney convention centre and restaurants (best part of my stay).
The sofa is stained, the towel rails are broken, the outdoor table is not clean, and the kitchen vent is not working. The bathroom vent is also full of dust
