Location was great. We didn’t have any food there
More towels available. We had to keep asking for extra towels especially a small face towel. Not available. No water in fridge. No slippers or dressing gown available either Also I’d have preferred the fitted duvet over rather than loose sheets and the mattress topper kept moving while you slept.

The room was all we needed.very close to the central station, circular quay, light rail stations and food outlets.. Very clean It was great that we could wash and dry our clothes.
The front door needed a bit of force after it was unlocked

Location, washer/dryer in room, staff!
Room layout, water on floor after shower, toilet too close to wall, uneven floor transition into bathroom and laundry area. No dish towels, dish washing liquid, paper towels, dish washing machine detergent.

Location and size of room
Staff did not wish to serve us as he was finishing his shift. Room was not ready and we arrived at 6pm and we also let them know that we were running late and advised our updated arrival time. If we had of arrived at our scheduled arrival time I am assuming we would have had to wait for the room. Noting that you are able to access the room from early afternoon very puzzled as to why the room was not available.

Our room was extremely spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Had a washer and dryer, which was helpful on our long vacation. Very convenient to hop on the train to all the sites. I would stay here again, but I would search for options a little closer to the harbor first.
The location is good, but most of the food around it is Asian and you will need to go a way to get to other options.
