The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. The room (ours was 1010) had an exceptional view and the facilities were excellent.

The suite exceeded my expectations. I was traveling with my adult daughter and we both wanted our own bed/space, so I booked the two bedroom suite. We had so much room! It was huge and very well equipped. The beds were really comfortable. The shower was awesome. We both had a gorgeous bathtub in our bathrooms. I swam one morning in the indoor pool which was empty - really clean and a great ambience. The staff were super friendly. And we loved being able to park at the building. Great location right next to Bondi Junction shopping mall (and train/bus station) and all the cool local shops and cafes as well. We would definitely stay here again.
Nothing - we highly rate this hotel.

Had to ask to refill and add equipment, but this is nothing major, and wouldn’t affect me booking again or recommending them.

Rooms fabulous and super comfy beds. Great location. Internal access to Bondi Junction Shopping Mall and Train Station. Approx 15 min train ride to Central and trains come every 10mins or so. Within approx half hour walk to Bondi Beach. Free taxi from Airport to Hotel was fantastic. Arrived at approx 10am and able to check in early to our Apartment straight away which was very much appreciated. The Receptionist who checked us in was super friendly. We felt very welcome. Hotel Lobby Scent was devine.
Pool a little underwhelming. Unable to purchase the Hotel Lobby Scent as out of stock

Some of the maintenance needs doing, towel rail falling off the wall, shower head doesn’t stay in position.
