The queen room with the balcony was very nice, perfect for what you pay, if not better. Good location right near the main city hub. The bathroom had a nice big shower.

The room was very comfortable. We were given chocolates and a bottle of wine on arrival. We had a room with a balcony that had a great view. Easy walk to Central rail station and China Town.
We had to check in via a computer terminal in the lobby, or join a long line to speak to a member of staff. We tried the computer terminal, paid our fees and then discovered that we had been given a receipt for a different room to that on the screen. The screen disappeared before we could make a note of it. So then we had to line up and wait to speak to someone and get it sorted out, and be given the correct room number. Wish there had been more check-in staff

Location, room, very central, easy walk to Darling Harbour. Great if arriving or departing by train from Sydney central.
