Free breakfast was a bait in getting customers to book the room.When you book a room and expecting a continental breakfast you don't expect breads and few spreads in the fridge, which they call it "enjoy your breakfast in room" It was a sadistic trick in getting customers to book the room. Room and bathrooms are ok.Same level of cleanliness is maintained by 2star or 3 star hotels as well.But don't call this place 4star, which is just slap on your face. It's a good place, don't get me.wrong.But advertise correctly with facilities what you provide. Parking is another story. Free parking is provided at another parking which they say is a short walk True, but not when you have luggage and there is no place to unload.Parking is free , but be ready to walk with your luggage to the hotel.Soon after booking, you will receive an email about parking which is not good enough, because you have to know this before. And ofcourse staff have to be sweet as they have to face customers who are forced to park some where else and to make the big reveal about the breakfast. At this price or may be by spending g another $50 I could have got the facilities what I actually paid for.

love the location because it was in the middle of everything. The room was big and comfy. breakfast was plentiful and the accommodation was value for money.
I would have given some categories a higher rating if only the microwave worked (could be our mistake in using) and the exhaust fan in the washroom was a bit stronger (it could use cleaning). A Bidet in the toilet would have been perfect.

Great location close to city center, less than 1 block from Museum train station. Friendly and supportive staff. Room was spacious and clean
Breakfast it is suplied as a bunch of products in the minifridge, including some bread slides wrapped in plastic film. Considering the price of the room, the breakfast presentation and information it is far from the expected quality level. Moreover, first day we did not get the bunch of products :(

The foyer is very modest but check-in was very pleasant and easy. Our a/c 4th floor room was very spacious, well appointed with comfy beds and a small kitchen. The bathroom is small but perfectly adequate. Easy access to Hyde Park and Sydney attractions, with a convenient City Circle train station (direct service to / from airport) directly across the road.
The furnishing is a little dark for my taste!

Location was perfect, having the parking vouchers for in the CBD was very much appreciated
Our room was directly opposite the elevator which when in operation created a vacuum beneath our door which was annoying whilst trying to sleep
