Clean, well-equipped facilities, a comfortable bed, and a great check-in and check-out experience.
Not having the restaurant open on a Saturday or Sunday night and therefore needing to find food options nearby.

Wonderful
Room upgrade to a very nice King bed and breakfast well worth the additional, with lots of great choices and standard buffet items. Checkin was very good with explanation in detail of all aspects of an overnight stay. Location perfect for a function in the inner west the next day.
Restaurant was closed and I was tired and wante dto eat in - pub across the road great but not for solo travellers.

Pleasant
The location is very good, walking restaurants, train station and Westfield shopping center. Staff is friendly.
Cleaning is not good, found dust in many places. Less lights in the room, also small rooms for a high price.

Room was good and clean, Breakfast was good and regularly being topped up. Location was Paramatta city centre
Was under the impression while making booking through Booking.com parking was included. However realised later parking had to be paid extra.

Some of the staff were friendly and helpful.
The location was ok.
The restaurant (when actually open) was ok.
We were informed (when ordering!) several minutes after being given our menu that numerous selections we wanted to order weren’t available.
The fact that there was NO bin liners/paper bags provided for “rubbish” in the room; INCLUDING the bathroom bins is DISGUSTING!!!!!)
You either expect people to flush (things!!! E.G. USED CONDOMS, SANITARY PADS, TAMPONS, USED TISSUES, TEETH FLOSSERS etc.) down the toilet that are prohibited and SEVERELY problematic OR you just don’t care about the either the CLEANERS’ safety OR the CLIENTS’ dilemma of how to personally handle the unsafe and unsanitary choices that they are faced with.
