Disappointing
The location is great. Daniel on the front desk - very professional and courteous.
Airconditioning - apparently runs off a sensor noticing you are in the room and does not have any effect when restarting, for 15 - 20 minutes we were advised. In a stuffy room in the summer - this was terrible. With the air conditioner being so called on - we sweated throughout the night. Terrible. Room telephone - we were unable to use as we were not aware that a button must be pressed before it is operational. Nil signs or communication available advising this was required. Therefore, I was required to use my mobile to contact the front desk. Television - required the front desk to come to the room as it needed to be re set as it was not working. No compendium to work out hoe to operate room features.

The location was great for access to dining and sightseeing. The back door access to the mall and dining areas was very convenient. The room amenities including washer and dryer was unexpected and greatly appreciated.

Wonderful
One of the reasons I choose this hotel, was that I could see from the room photos that it had opening windows. Airflow from outside is important to me and not always easy to find.

The staff was extremely professional and very polite. This hotel is very well managed and it made our stay here very relaxing. We loved the room layout and the central location. The kitchenette, dishwasher, and washing machine were very convenient for us. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure good. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very disappointed with my stay. The blanket had menstrual stains from a previous guest, and later the water pipe above my room broke — water leaked all over the carpet, leaving a strong damp smell. The hotel only used fans, which didn’t solve the problem. The technician also removed the shower head and didn’t put it back, so I couldn’t shower that night. For a serviced apartment at this level, this was completely unacceptable. Definitely not worth the price and very poor hygiene and service.

Size of room ..next time I would get apartment the studio was small .. getting woken up by cleaners cleaning in room next door making noise ..I like sleeping in it was about 9 ..10 o'clock making noise ...once I asked them to stop they did

I liked the size of the apartment. When I am staying a few days it always is a relaxing place.
I don't like how I stay at Fraser Suites everytime I come to Sydney and every single time it is like I'm going there for the first time and you want my ID, my credit card and you take a hold on my credit card like I'm going to run off.

Location is very central, right next to the Regent Place alley way, spacious room and rate is very reasonable.
Kettle inside the kitchen cabinet seems to have instant noodle & boiled egg marks inside the kettle.
