Nice, modern clean hotel. Nice friendly staff. Easy parking. Good breakfast. Enjoyed a great dinner in the restaurant. This last point about dinner was a bonus as having spent all day at medical appointments at Blacktown Hospital, and not sure of where to dine locally, we had a great dinner and didn't have to go anywhere.

I guess they provided activity- pool, snooker table, table tennis etc.
It has a concept of jail. Concrete and metal, which is what the bed felt like it was made of. The person free check in was efficient as was the check out - but with someone at the desk it would be nice if they didn’t ignore you. Very impersonal, dinner was bland.

We just love the fact that it’s so neat tidy, classy and rooms are so comfortable, clean and welcoming the staff are always so supportive, breakfast was great. If chef kept re-filling instead of us having to wait. Juices and fresh fruit always a good option.

The location is great, staff friendly and the coffee is wonderful!
The lighting in the room . There is no main lights just dull lamps. It’s very dark and we had to use our phone torch to find items in our suitcases

Rooms were great with nice bathroom with good hit water pressure. Bed was very comfy. Had only 1 meal there which was good.
Location. We stayed there for a sports tournament at blacktown international sports centre about 7km away. The area in general is semi industrial so you really need a car for everything

Should have a proper fridge not just a chiller for the drinks. My medication was just cold enough. Not ideal for the amount of money that you pay and controlling the temperature of the shower was terrible.
