Wonderful
Roomy apartment with large bedrooms and bathrooms.
Reception was there 24 hours, with very friendly helpful staff.
The lighting was a bit dim. The cereal bowls in the kitchen were tiny. Bigger bowls would be good.

Very Good
Location was fantastic, the room was a bit dark with dark finishes, less carpet would be great. The sofa though looked very new and was very comfortable. Overall, a very good place to stay

Friendly staff. Good location, close to dining and bus. Has everything in room, kitchen, laundry and dryer, TV with hundreds of channels. Good cleaning up everyday.

It was awesome, and it was close to buses, bakeries, and restaurants. Shout out to Trixie. She was so helpful and kind. It was fairly close to the cruise terminal.

Super location and very simple public transport system connecting to city and Circular Quay/ Opera House where we saw a show.
Our third and fourth visit here. Will definately book again next time.

Staff were amazing and location great.
The room was old and tiered, needs some updates. Ironing board is as old as the apartment, toilet kept flushing, remote didn't work properly. In need of a bit of love.

On the first morning of my stay, I identified that the shower gel and the shampoo dispensers in the shower were empty. I informed the reception desk as I was leaving in the morning and was informed it would be seen to. Not only were these things not seen to, the room was not serviced at all that day, even though there was no "do not disturb" sign posted on the door.
This is, in my view, totally unacceptable and I will look to seek to find alternate accommodation on my next visit.

Great space for families - the pool mattresses and blow-up ball was a huge bonus for the kids. Location is fantastic. The space and facilitates perfect for a weekend in sydney.
windows and balconies could have been cleaner. There was visible mould on the sliding doors, so they need a good clean. other than that space, everything was clean though. Relevant for someone with Mould sensitivity though.

Clean and quite large with cooking facilities. Our niece stayed the 2nd night, so having a second bathroom was fabulous.
All good. There was some building work happening outside late at night. Consequently it was quite noisy… but I think this was a ‘one off’.
