The location s fantastic
There was no exhausts fan in the bathroom or it wasn’t working there for steaming up the bathroom when having a shower. We let a room attendant know but no one came to look at it. The shower door would hit the toilet every time you opened it. The apartment was very musky in general. Bed came apart in the middle multiple times.

rooms were spacious, unusually big for an aparthotel. Decor was quite nice. Staff were very obliging. Coogee is a fun suburb
Had to change rooms twice. First there was a leaky aircon that flooded out carpet. Second unit had a cockroach infestation. Third room was fine.

Great apartment. Although situated on the ground floor, it was tucked away and very quiet. A rollaway was included and set up in the living area for my son. AC unit in both the bedroom and living room. Great shower and a washer and dryer.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on level 1 (thinking a higher floor may have been less noisy) - apartment was well appointed and comfortable. Location was fantastic, close to everything.
They really need some double glazing, outside of the noise factor - everything else was good.

Location was great. Cleaning staff great. One of the receptionists was nice. Most comfortable rollaway bed ive ever slept on. The frying pans are terrible. Casserole dish lid but no actual dish.
All the cloth furniture was stained/ dirty. Cockroaches in the kitchen everynight. Could provide a couple of washing powders to actually use the washing machine, instead of using dish soap. Most the receptionists werent very welcoming. Pool extremely run down, tiles missing everywhere. Whole place is in need of a deep clean not just a quick wipe over.
