Wonderful
The villa is really lovely and well located. It was the perfect place for a week skiing in Zell am See. It also had really comfortable beds, sofas and chairs. The kitchen was also well equipped for cooking. The property managers were friendly and easily contactable. We loved our stay and would recommend Villa Alpenbach.
It would have been better value if more was included in the welcome pack e.g. more than 3 toilet rolls, salt, pepper, washing machine tablets etc. We also would have loved a bath.

Good
It was self catering, so breakfast not included.
2 days late getting our travel cards, had to phone up and get the company to send them out, this was 2 days late, so had to pay for the bus up and down to the town . Also there was a wasps nest just outside of the top floor bedroom that faces the garden, so we were unable to open the window to get cool air at night or during the day. Also the grass in the garden was long and not cut until the Wednesday of our week at the house, so unable to use with the young children that were there.

great location
had a few issues during the stay including heaters failing on first night, oven not working. management were responsive to the heaters. a welcome pack with some teabags, sugar etc would be nice.
