Great location, approx 1500 m from the Zell am See and 150 m from the beach. Parking space in the yard. Washing machine at your disposal. Spacious and modern flat. Good and strong wifi.
Sofa bed could be more comfy (easy to solve with mattres topper). Summer card is not included.

I like how it is located in a quiet and secure location. The apartment is equipped with almost everything you may need during your stay.
I did not like the fact that check out time is strictly 10am. Although I knew about that beforehand, I still think that it is too early for check out. I tried to ask for a late check out (12p.m.) but it was not approved.
Pillows need to be improved.

They were really helpful and flexible as my plan changed. The apartment has all what you need, specifically for long stays.

Probably the best apartments we have ever visited. It's huge, with all the kitchen stuff, with two toilets and a very comfortable place close to the lake. They have private parking, with an electric charger. Also if you want you can use the laundry in the basement.
Owners should talk to maids to clean bathrooms with specific chemicals, at least once a month.
