The property is very friendly for kinds and my 2 years old kid loved it. Specially the pool and feeding the animals was his highlight. Silvia the animal keeper is a Gem. Best person we every met.
The staff is in competent and not very friendly, the girls on the front desk were not very kind and attentive.

Outstanding facilities and very helpful staff. Plenty of activities for our 2 year old. Outstanding breakfast and dinner served by very friendly staff. Perfect location that allowed walking to the lake without dealing with all the business of the town center.
Our room faced the train station so there was train noise (especially in summer with the windows open). That said, the trains were infrequent and went silent past 10pm. We used a sound machine to cover the street noise for our sleeping toddler and it worked great.

The hotel was lively and offered good food and excellent customer service. The hotel offers great fitness and spa facilities.
The room we were in could do with modernisation, although I loved the ceiling stargazing lighting which offered a superb night light the feel of sleeping under the night sky.

Flexible staff, comfortable room, great wellness.
Early close of wellness, restaurant closed way too early - I had to look for restaurant in city and walk to chinese place.

The hotel and its facilities were excellent. My room was very large, clean and very comfortable. More space than expected for a solo traveller.
The front desk staff were lovely and very helpful. I really appreciated their time and care. (thank you ladies!)
Food, esp the breakfast was great, with everything you'd expect.
Spa facilities were excellent

The bar staff were not great, seemingly understaffed (2 people). I went down on three occasions and twice I was ignored completely by what appeared to be overly busy staff, so much so I gave up after 30mins and went back to my room.
The spa treatment (massage) was excellent, but I when I enquired about further bookings the staff seemed disinterested in helping me. Again I was left standing on my own in spa reception, which I gave up on. However I was charged for additional treatments none the less. (which I had removed)
The location of the hotel is ideal for self drive. But if you take the train/bus consider better alternatives.
Public transport is terrible. The bus stop is right outside the hotel, but I waited 45mins for a 660 bus on my second day, and a couple of the later busses were too full to board. The hotel should raise a complaint about this as it does heavily impact it's customers.
