Good Place and Good View , Host is very good and easy to reach , daily cleaning , Good View from the Balcony , all facilities is there , summer cards was provided , close supermarket ,.all went very well
I think it is missing at least a fan , at night it is very quiet and dark so you could not open the window to get some air inside

- Garage is quite good
- Short ways (by car) to the lake and mountains
- Nice view on the mountains
- A heavy coat rack fell from the wall onto my wife's feet. Fortunately, she wasn’t injured, but we had to cover the €160 cost for a caretaker to reattach it. That took just 10 minutes and that I had to help with.
- The "Summer Card" was initially charged to us, even though it was supposed to be included. The receptionist claimed this was Booking.coms mistake. Only after calling the hotel management we were refunded.
- Many small things in the apartment were broken or malfunctioning: the elevator (fixed after a few days), the freezer door, the couch lamp, the soap dispenser in the shower etc. Not really a big problem, but together with the attempts to get more money from us, a frustrating experience.

Location, cleaness, design, two bathrooms, kitchen, room for skies
We were the only apartment with no underground garage, although there were free spaces, also meant no easy access to the undeground skies depot. Our backs will remember the horrible sofa bed for quite some time. No option to dry the stuff after skiing, the driers folded on the terrace covered under snow were falling apart.
