Pretty much everything, Location, lovely staff, very clean, close to amenities.
The pillows have no filling your head just goes straight through them.
But staff were happy to supply extra ones.

Staff was so helpful and kind. Location was amazing and easy to access the area. We loved our room and the extra care that was given was much appreciated. The stay was absolutely lovely! Very rememberable trip!

Spa hotel with pool, hot tub, and massages. Comfortable beds, close to bus and trains. Big bathtub! Good food in restaurant and reasonably priced.
We should have stayed more nights!

Very convenient as it is located close to the train station. The staff was also very helpful, their manager was kind enough to drop us at the train station on our departure day as it was raining heavily.

The old part was beautiful and well kept. The separate block that I was in was OK clean and tidy. The room had a balcony and a lounge dining area with a kitchen and a good bathroom so perfectly adequate.
€25 for breakfast seems a little steep and this was mentioned by other guests who preferred to eat out local restaurants / cafes.

Wonderful 2 day stay. Great location, wonderful staff, easy parking, clean quiet and comfortable room. We had dinner one night and it was excellent, the best meal had during our vacation in Austria.
The spa area was huge but unfortunately only a small area is nude. Would love to see them figure out some way to make the spa area more private to allow nude use. And as often the case, some inconsiderate guests don’t know to be quiet in the hallways but not the hotel’s fault. Breakfast was a bit expensive so we didn’t have breakfast.
