The location near the lake was good. The apartment was clean but with no AC
The reception office was in 15 km from the apartment. We had trouble figure out how to get in to the apartment.

Location is breathtaking. But you have to choose an apartment on the top floor to enjotly the view.
Due to the absence of air conditioning, the apartment experienced excessively high temperatures, which significantly impacted our ability to sleep at night

The place was absolutely wonderful. It’s surrounded by nature and offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The services were excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The property needs air conditioning, especially during warm summer days. Also, the price was a bit high for the value offered.

They are not changing the blanket and the cover for bed and cushion for all time of my stay .
And during changing towel l have to be focused because the team many times not change
and request money for that.

Great full lake/mountain views. Best cofee view i’ve ever had. The room was very spacious and fully equipped. The parking was easy.
Checkin and key collection in Kaprun if you come afternoon, local reception only staffed before 11 AM. So bo 24/7 coverage on the reception. But we were lucky we disn’t need recpetion staff out of their working hours

Great apartment, clean, well appointed. Fantastic views of the lake in Zell and close to the Zell airport, which came in handy as we had traveled for FAT Ice Race.
There was a mix-up with the keys upon arrival - in our lock box there were someone else's keys and we had to wait forever for an employee of the hotel to come from Kaprun to deliver the correct ones. There was also only one shower for a 3 bedroom apartment that holds 6 people. This can be a major drawback when in a hurry in the morning. Getting a correct invoice also took forever.

The reservation was made more than a month ago and the price was right. I was supposed to go to the Kaprun region and collect the key from there, but due to my late arrival, they sent me a message stating that I could collect the key from the hotel itself. The location of the hotel is very suitable for me because I do not like crowding and I have a car and we can move around. The room is on the modern system and the windows are large with a view of the lake, in addition to the presence of free parking.
One of the negative things is that there is no employee at the reception after 12:00 noon, and therefore, in the event of something happening, you do not know who to communicate with. 2. Each apartment has its own parking lot, but if someone else is parking in your parking lot, you do not know who to contact to find out who that person is. 3. And there is no person who takes you to the room to check it before receiving, and therefore in the event that you discover that there is a problem in the room and it is broken, they attribute that to you. 4. The presence of spider webs on the balcony, especially in the summer. There is only one elevator in the hotel and you have to wait. 5. There is no washing machine in the apartment, but it is located on the ground floor and is used by all the residents of the hotel, and you have to wait a lot, as some residents put their clothes in the washing machine and go here outside the hotel on a full-day trip, and the clothes remain in the washing machine until they return and you have to To wait for them or deal with their clothes by taking them out of the washing machine, and there are no notes stating that the clothes should be taken out after using them within several hours.

Nice and clean and modern.
Not been able to pick the keys up at the property, the pick up point is 10 minutes drive away. VERY INCONVENIENT! Also no good staying here without a car , ten minute walk to the bus and they are only every hour .
