Completely renovated in 2016, Pension Max SUMMERCARD INCLUDED is just 50 metres from Lake Zell and 100 metres from the pedestrian zone of Zell am See with its many restaurants and shops. Free in-room WiFi and breakfast room; limited parking places available for free (10 places) ; system : first comes, first serves. Each room is furnished in a modern Alpine style and has a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a shower. The City Xpress Cable Car is 400 metres away. From 15 May till 15 October 2018 Zell am See Kaprun Card is included for every guest and offers many benefits such as free usage of cable car / cruise on Lake Zell, free entrance to public swimming area, etc.

We had an excellent stay. The host was so kind and welcoming, and her suggestions made our trip even better. The room was perfect, and we especially loved the balcony. The breakfast was delicious each morning. We really appreciated the Summer Card— it was such a nice bonus. Free parking was also a big plus. We highly recommend staying here!

Property is close to the lake, literally one minute away. The included summer card is really good value if you want to go on the boat trip, the Krimml waterfalls, and the Top of Salzburg among other attractions. The host, Sanne, was really kind, friendly, and generous. She makes excellent morning eggs and the breakfast is as good as it gets in Zell am See. The self check-in is really convenient and hassle-free.
The mattresses were not the most comfortable, really sink down. Same for the pillows.

Very friendly people great location near the lake and town centre. Great breakfast.
The lock on the bathroom door was broken. The batteries in the tv remote were flat.

Great location. Lake view. Clean comfortable and efficient room.
Unfortunately some of the guests were load but that was just them and bad timing on our part. The pension and hosts were wonderful.

Very friendly and attentive team at the hotel, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast buffet was excellent.
Little bit of noise in room as we had ground floor room by the front door and breakfast area but that was a small thing compared to overall stay being excellent.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of variety, fresh omelette and fresh pressed juice. It was nice to walk out on the big porch as well.
