The hotel's location is great.
The views from penthouse 401 are fantastic.
The €15 daily parking fee is a great deal.
The reception team was accommodating by allowing us to check in early around 11:00 AM.
Our experience was heavily impacted by a noticeable lack of property maintenance. We encountered several issues during our stay:
Cleanliness: There were spider webs with big apider miving around on the main room ceiling that caused my wife to panic.
Functional Issues: The bathroom door wouldn't close, the shower floor was cracked, and the sliding door to the middle room cannot be closed. Furthermore, some of the window shutters were uncontrollable.
The Terrace: Parts of the terrace were closed off due to ongoing maintenance. Additionally, during a few hot days, we couldn't even open the functional terrace doors to cool down because there were no insect screens to keep bugs out.
The penthouse has immense potential, but it badly needs proper upkeep

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment met all our needs, was clean and well maintained. Buffet breakfast was perfect for our group, lots of options so something for everyone. Location is great for direct access to the cityXpress and all local ski buses to Saalbach or Kaprun.
The ski and boot storage room could be a little bigger with more seating as it gets hectic in the morning but it's a very small issue really.

It was close to the ski lifts.
Gustavo was exceptional at his job at the front desk. We met him on our third day. Wish we had met him on our first day we had purchased a taxi to go sledding in Bramberg. He informed us we could use our City mobile app was included in our stay to connect us. It would’ve saved us a great deal of money. Had we known that sooner. The other front attendance offered Little to no assistance we had to ask for all guidance. Gustavo offered a friendly smile and to help in anyway.
No real bar on site and offered no food or snacks for purchase.
