It was close to the ski lifts.
Gustavo was exceptional at his job at the front desk. We met him on our third day. Wish we had met him on our first day we had purchased a taxi to go sledding in Bramberg. He informed us we could use our City mobile app was included in our stay to connect us. It would’ve saved us a great deal of money. Had we known that sooner. The other front attendance offered Little to no assistance we had to ask for all guidance. Gustavo offered a friendly smile and to help in anyway.
No real bar on site and offered no food or snacks for purchase.

Location : Very near from the Zell Am See train station and bus stop .Easily distance walking to the lake .
Apartment was big enough for 3 persons with all facilities needed .In the reception desk gave us the sommer card which is really a very good option to see all attractions and for a trip to Salzburg .
Wishing to repeat it again .
Asking for cleaning the room daily or changing the bathroom towels .

The apartment was very spacious and it was nice to find out there are two bathrooms. Everything was clean and there were washing machines and dryers. The hotel staff was helpful.

The second bed room doesn’t have mirror. And the leaving room beed more lighting.

Clean modern apartment close to town centre, very good breakfast.
Having the 300 Euro out of our account for quite a few days. This was the only place that took this money during a 9 week trip. If all hotels did this one would have a seriously depleted bank account.
The money should have been put back after the room was checked after departure.
