The staff are very friendly, and SPA is really good (3 different saunas, 1 silent room, and 1 blue box for relaxation). The hotel room is big and we can see the mountains directly. Also the small balcony and outdoor swimming pool are very lovely.
The breakfast is very delicious and served really well, but I hope it can be a little bit cheaper

- No airconditioning and it was +34 C outside
- Only unhealthy (but tasty) pizza available for lunch
- Gym didn’t have any weights and I had planned to go to the gym everyday. I didn’t see anyone using the cardio machines. Remove a few of those and have at least dumbbells in the room.

Wonderful
Beautiful and clean hotel. The pool and wellness facilities were exceptional (sauna, steam room, etc) - it was a great price considering these amenities! A bonus for my family was being able to use the free underground parking for our van. I would definitely stay here again.

Outdoor pool.
The room types of the hotel are named in a confusing way and the bed configuration is not clearly defined. I booked a family room with 1 double bed and 1 twin bed and contacted the hotel in advance to confirm this, but was given a completely different setup (two double beds). The naming allows flexibility for the hotel rather than clarity for guests.
Response of the staff was more disappointing, they refused to provide the room I booked or offer a reasonable solution.
These “family-style” rooms are located in a separate building, which is not comparable to the main 4-star hotel. It feels more like an Airbnb-style accommodation, with older furniture and a noticeably lower standard. Basic amenities such as bathrobes and slippers are not provided in these rooms.
The hotel is right next to a railway and the noise starts early in the morning.

I stayed at the Haidvogl hotel, and I didn’t feel comfortable seeing people walking around naked in the indoor pool area. If this is how it works, it should be clearly stated as 18+

The hotel maintains excellent cleanliness standards and offers well-appointed indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complemented by dedicated relaxation zones and massage facilities.
The hotel required an unexpected €500 security deposit with no prior disclosure. Furthermore, an additional €35 charge was applied as a local tax without any advance notification or explanation.

I have booked through booking.com. However, when I arrived they requested 500 euro as security deposit. They take this deposit from certain nationalities. No deposit is required from locals.
Booking.com should notify their users upfront about the deposit requirement (with the type of nationality that are applicable to).
Also free cancellation should be allowed if guests choose not to pay.

Nice parking! Easy to get to. Room was basic but I likely got what I paid for so that’s on me. Would have been nice to have a kettle or coffee maker in room but oh well! The pools looked nice. We were only here for one night and it was comfortable enough.

Everything.
Spa, pool, room and view.
Water, snacks, and tea provided in the spa.
Free pedal bike use - ride around the entire lake!
One day the spa was over an hour late to start everything. But this didn’t affect our overall stay as we did something else in the mean time - one gentleman wasn’t too pleased.

Pleasant
The parking was good, the spa perimeter was very big ang satisfied, great gym and pools. Nice room's balcony. Good room size.
The check-in was agonizing - to much filling and extra details on the first moment was unnecessary. The absence of AC, lack of kettle or coffee machine in the rooms was dissapointing.
