Basically everything, the stuff was amazing and very useful and extremely friendly and with positive approach for every raised issue. Location just great and the facilities were excellent. Highly recommend.

We loved the room set up with the kids sharing their own room. Good breakfast. Saunas were great for the adults. Free parking was really easy.
The indoor and outdoor pool weren’t very warm. I incorrectly assumed one would be hot tub temperature since there was no hot tub otherwise. My kids had to be convinced to go in it…

We had an issue with our motorbike and needed help communicating in German with the key service, as we couldn’t unlock the disc lock. The staff was extremely helpful and showed great determination in assisting us. They didn’t give up even after several attempts and made sure we were taken care of.
I would especially like to give credit to the girls at the reception, whose kindness and persistence made a stressful situation much easier. Because of this experience, we will definitely be coming back in the future.

We liked the size of the room, the separate beds in the children's room, the big balcony and the amazing view from the balcony. Also, we liked the complimentary drinks, coffee and tea and the family cozy lobby area where you can relax for a while with a good book. Special thanks to the friendly receptionist, who put our stuff in their fridge at the reception, since the room had none.
No fridge. But that is about the only complaint!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the ski lift & few minutes from a lake. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. A standout feature was the fresh juice bar, offering a selection of freshly squeezed juices to start the day on a refreshing note.
The spa was another highlight—spacious, luxurious, and perfect for relaxation. The heated indoor and outdoor pools provided the ultimate way to unwind after a day on the slopes. I also really appreciated the free access to drinks throughout the day, including water, tea, and coffee, which added an extra touch of comfort and hospitality.

Facilities and location were unbeatable.
At breakfast the waitress did not want to bring out a new set of teacups when we were close to 10AM. Luckily the chef prepping eggs helped us.

Location, size and layout of the apartment, kid’s playing area, free indoor parking facility, helpful receptionist (Dejan)
No elevator - our apartment was on the top floor and just a narrow stair led there. I had to carry all our luggage there by myself
No fridge in the apartment, no kitchen or any plate, knives, forks - no chance to eat any food in the apartment
Bed matrace is too soft, pillows are high, difficult to get a comfortable sleep
Ventillation in the toilet and bathroom very loud and operate randomly (may start in the middle of the night)
No ambient light opportunity for kids
No dinner opportunity in the hotel and the restaurant in the Mavida sister hotel is closed on Sun, Mon, Tue - we stayed 5 nights and had to go out for dinner all 5 nights as we could not get a table for the night when we arrived, the next evening it was a set-menu dinner (not really good when you are with kids) and was closed for the rest of the stay.
The wellness area has an age limit of 16 years - we did not allow our kids in the swimming pool but we found that some guests were there with their toddlers crying and shouting and the staff did nothing about it.
