الفندق مميز بقوه بموقعه قريب جدا محطه القطار والسنتر والخدمات ، شوي مزعج مرور القطار لكن عند اغلاق النوافذ ينعزل الصوت كليا ، غرفتي باطلاله على البحيره وكان من اجمل الاختيارات ، اعجبني توفير مروحه في الغرفه لان الوقت صيف ، السرير والاغطيه نظيفه ، الموظفين ودودين وخدومين ان شا الله لو رجعت زيلامسي مره اخرى راح اسكن فيه ان شا الله
عدم توفر قهوه الشي الوحيد الي استغربت انهم مايفروه رغم موفرين غلايه واكواب وسكر بس القهوه قالوا مانوفرها !!

Close to town
Nylon elastic bed sheets. Tiny shower. Outdated bathroom. No A/C. Room was very hot and stuffy with just a small fan. The room was right next to the railway track so opening the balcony door to get cooler air in meant we were woken by the train. Had two sleepless nights. In summary, if you visit during hot weather and want to sleep do not stay here!

The location for the price is great. The unit with balcony has a lake view, and 3 minutes distance from the lake and the boat area. Also, zellam see kaprun activity card is included that help with
Limited choices in breakfast, which is not a problem as the area have great choices for meals.

Great view of the Zell am see lakeside, they also give you zell am see-kaprun summer card in which you can do a lots of actives for free.
We (me and my wife) couldn't sleep properly because of the train noise. It is very noisy, I mean, I do not kidding it's a nightmare unless you close the door and window, and if you do, there is no air conditioning.
I strongly recommend adding an air conditioning system!
