Interesting location, nice breakfast
Surprisingly high noise level from the main road nearby. The windows in our room provided zero noise insulation. Given that I was not able to sleep much (there was a lot of loud motorcycles passing by during the night). This is the first time I was not able to sleep in a hotel.

Very old, carpets look.and feel dirty.
Very old needs to be updated, bathroom smells and an actual door that closes would be nice. A barn door for a bathroom is not good for a family room.

Location in centre of Zell, decent breakfast
Stairs were difficult to manoeuvre with cases, although the young lady carried mine up 1 flight for me. When ascending to second floor the light did not come on until you were almost at top of stairs.

Central location. Close to ski hire, gondola and bars. Lake was a short walk away. Ski storage at property was very handy.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Nothing to dislike. Would definitely use again.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was very helpful. On the checkout day they allowed us to use the sauna and take shower in the evening even though we have to check out in the morning. We need to go to the hospital one night and they were super helpful in that situation as well. They called us several times during the night to check if we are okay. The breakfast was also very nice. Also if you want to go for skiing, it was very close to the cityxpress. I recommend this hotel to everyone!!

Great breakfast, clean and spacious room, sauna area for free. Great reception and parking. Walking distance to CityExpress ski lift. Great area for skiing. There is a ski bus to Kaprun skiing area nearby available for free.

Wonderful
The best hotel for a walkable visit of Zell am See. Just 50 steps away are your favorite Apres-Ski bars and pubs, the Old Town, and the most famous restaurants. A comfortable parking zone is a big plus. You can leave a car there for a whole week and reach your skiing destinations straight with the lift cityXpress from Zell am See to Schmittenhöhe. Also nearby is a bus stop, where you can start a free trip to Kaprun or Saalbach (if you have skipass).
Delicious breakfast with all types of food and also a lot of fruits.
The hotel also has a sauna, where you can relax after your skiing or hiking in the evening.
Triple room is quite small and the pillows were too thin compared to the ones I use
