I recently stayed at your hotel in room 310 from 1st July 2025 to 3rd July 2025. Although I had specifically booked the room for its air conditioning, I was surprised to find that the remote control was not provided in the room and incurred an additional charge. Notably, this extra charge was not mentioned during the booking process or upon check-in, which would have helped us plan and budget accordingly. Specifically, the fact that the AC remote control was not included in the room and required an additional payment was not mentioned at any point during the booking process or check-in. This lack of transparency was disappointing and felt like a surprise charge.
When I contacted the reception about this issue, I was extremely disappointed with the response from the night shift staff. Unfortunately, the lady I spoke to was rude and abruptly hung up the phone without resolving the issue or providing any further assistance. This behavior was unacceptable and fell far short of my expectations for guest service.
I would caution others to carefully consider booking at this hotel due to the lack of transparency regarding additional charges and the poor service received from the staff. Ihope you will take my feedback seriously.

This was a great space. Fantastic to have a balcony. It was immaculately clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was hot.
The late check in was simple to arrange and the breakfast was fantastic. Lots of variety of fabulous food ?

The location is fantastic, short distance from the cable car and all the action. The hotel is clean and cosy. The staff are wonderful, and the owner is very welcoming and attentive to details.
Internet in my room was weak.

Breakfast great. Mainly continental with some hor options (eggs, bacon, sausages).
Electronic check in didn’t work so had to go to Hotel Romantik to check in and for all face to face interactions. Told we couldn’t use the spa there however.

Great location in centre of town with access to ski lifts, bars and restaurants. Very modern rooms. No bar area to speak of but access to sister hotel through corridors (do not need to go outside) which has a great bar with log fire and restaurant. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to cleaning staff. Highly recommend this hotel.
