Wonderful
We enjoyed everything in the hotel: the room, the pool, indoor playground for children. It is very clean and the staff ist very kind and helpfull.
Just the food. A lot of choices, but somehow everything tasted underwhelming. Austrian food tastes usually better.

5 star experience in Hotel Der Waldhof. Beautiful hotel, fabulous rooms, excellent and very friendly helpful staff, wonderful choice of food, excellent pool and kids play zone. Everything was so clean and comfortable- a wonderful experience!

We stayed in a family suite which was clean, modern, great size room (given we had 2 children too) and very much to our taste. The food varied every night and replenished quickly. The facilities for Children are fantastic and even after hours of skiing all they wanted to do was play in the football area, ball pit or indoor play. Outdoor pool temperature was a great surprise, VERY warm and just what we needed after a days skiing. Ski room with dedicated locker to leave all the gear. Staff were friendly and approachable throughout our stay.
Food slightly too salty for our liking and didn’t like adults drinking around the pool area (maybe that’s just our preference with 2 young children)

Large comfortable rooms, great facilities for children, if made our holiday as a family with friends really easy to all be together and the kids have spaces to play. Enjoyed the all inclusive menus. Handy for getting the ski bus.
I think each room should have a kettle and water should be available for free at meal times.
