Very kind “landlady”, great location (road or train noise was not a problem). Comfortable beds, parking spaces, drying room for skis

Nice, clean and spacious appartment with well equipped kitchen. Nice balcony with a view.
Baby bed and highchair were available.
No AC so during the summer it got a bit warm inside.

The apartment was slightly outside the main centre of Zell so was very peaceful, but right next to a train stop so it only took about 7 minutes to get into the town centre. The rooms are much larger than they look in the photos and the kitchen has been remodelled recently, it was very well equipped. The bread delivery service in the morning was fantastic and really convenient, and we enjoyed having our bakery treats on the balcony each morning, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Everything was really clean and cosy and Manuela, our host, was lovely.

The apartment was self contained with a well equipped kitchen. We loved the view from the balcony and the garden which could be used by guests. It was easy to park at the property and just a short drive to Zell Am See. The supermarket was close by.
The property is situated between a busy road and a single (not busy) train track, so there was some traffic noise throughout the night. This was not a problem with the double glazed windows shut, but in hot weather with the windows open it could be slightly disruptive to sleep.

Apartment was very beautiful and clean. Beautiful views from the balcony, kitchenette included everything we needed, comfy beds, quiet place and nice garden with a small playground for kids. Fresh bread can be ordered in the evening. Very close to the lake and supermarket in the vicinity. Owner was very nice too. Excellent property.

We travelled by car and spent 3 nights here in April to visit Austria. The property was in a great location, easy to find and had parking available. Our apartment was situated on the first floor. The apartment was very cosy and double glazed apertures blocked out all external sounds. Kitchen was well equipped with microwave, mini oven, kettle, and mini fridge with a little freezer compartment. The host offers bread service at very good prices.
