The view of the lake from the balcony. The location was close with multiple parking spots at the property.
There were spiders and spider webs in the apartment. More deep cleaning is required. In Booking it shows that the zell am see kaprun summer card will be provided but then on their portal they write that the summer card will not be provided. After going back and forth with them and with Booking customer service (which was unhelpful) they provided us with the cards on zell am see app.
The wifi password was wrong. They provided the correct password on the last day. And even then the internet was slow.

The property was clean and beautiful , view was beautiful , but rear building does not have that much view on the lake
It is written that summer card is available at property , but when we arrived we contacted the owner with multiple emails to have summer card but we could not recieve it till we visited the tourist information centre by ourselves but the owner didnt help us to have it

The room is lovely, comfortable, and well equipped with all the essentials.
The location is excellent — very close to the lake, with free parking available.
The host is extremely friendly and helpful.

Only facilities for eating were two tea spoons, 2 wine glasses, 2 class tumblers.
Could have done with two bowls for morning breakfast muesli.

Clean, friendly, simple but good value for money.
Nice view over the lake! It's not the ideal location, as it is a bit outside the village and next to the road, sure, but it's perfectly fine to walk or take the bus just next to the house. It is great if you want to cook your own meals and not stay in the very center.

Feels like home. Very cosy, comfortable and lovely. From window you can see the mountains. There is kitchen. There is place where to stay skiis and ski boots after skiing. Very polite and friendly staff.

Friendly host Krestin explained everything upon arrival we had few delays on our trip so we arrived late after reception timings yet she was available for assistance. The View was amazing
I expected more services for the price paid. we stayed for 3 nights and didn't have housekeeping service... the heating was set automatically so we're we're able to adjust it to our liking. The room pillows are soft and thin therefore they weren't very comfortable.
our apartment was located on a second floor getting up and down with a stroller wasn't convient all the time.
