Really nice place to stay. Nice single room, quieter than I expected it to be at night. Didn't hear much road noise or noise from other guests, though I'd always recommend to bring ear plugs. Staff were lovely. Breakfast could be ordered and seemed a reasonable price and what I had was nice. Easy few mins walk to the nearest ski lift. Even the train station wasn't far, maybe 10-15 mins walk though pretty sure there's also a bus if needed. I had a shared shower and toilet, both were clean. Never once had to wait to use the shower and only maybe a couple of times for the toilet. Both better than expected. Check in/out was easy. Would def stay again.
Nothing really. Still had the last part of a virus I had weeks before and the dry alpine air made me cough a lot at night sometimes. Obviously this is nothing to do with the hotel, hopefully I didn't disturb other guests!

The staff were excellent, the apartment was spacious and had a great view; everything a traveler needs was available. The experience was fantastic and I will definitely stay here again.
The only minor issue is that the bathroom needs better ventilation.

The location is in good place (near by cityXpress) and walkable distance from lake and train/bus station. The room is comfy and cozy. The stay has lift facility. The receptionist also so professional. The host provides guest ticket. With that we can enjoy free rides in public transport and easily access tourist attractions by public transport.

Great location. Short walk to the lake shore. Balcony with nice view. Our room was with a shared bathroom. The shower and toilet rooms were separate. No problem accessing them. Very clean. Friendly and efficient staff.

The staff is incredibly thoughtful, thorough and respectful, the place is very clean and in a great location. Lovely amenities and small details throughout.
The cleaniless (or lack thereof) of other guests, absolutely no fault of Haffner. Since I had a room with a shared toilet and shower. I could tell guests were smoking in their rooms, and left some facilities in subpar conditions.

Single-person room is not big, but comfortable and has everything one needs, incl. a kettle and a hairdrayer. The view from the balcony is impressive, one can sit there and drink a nice cup of coffee from the coffee machine in the lobby. I was travelling with the dog, and she was welcomed for 9 EUR/night. Check-in and check-out process is super easy and stuff was very helpful and solved my requests.

A beautiful property overlooking the village and with a lovely view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. It was a short walk to the bus stop and to the City Express cable car. A short walk into the town centre. The staff were very welcoming and made me a coffee while answering questions about the local area.
