The view is very beautiful, the bed were very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped.
The windows had no blinds or blackout curtains, the sun was shinning directly on the house which caused alot of problem for my baby as she is used to sleep in the dark. Also, it gets really hot during the peak hours like 10am-6pm.
Charlie(The dog) was always on the front door ( My baby was mostly crying because of the dog’s barking).

Location is on the top of the hill and near by shopping area , nearly 2 kilometers
Nothing except the noise of aircraft some times, but if you close the window then it’s ok

Myself, my husband and our son who was 10 months old at the time stayed here on our trip through Europe and had such a wonderful time. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the owners were very friendly and helpful. There was a lovely restaurant just a 10 minute walk away and it was a short drive into Zell am see. I would highly recommend this place!

You can reach the ski run by about 50 meters of walking, and you can also finish the day by skiing down to the house. The apartment is well-equipped, but it is a little tight for 4 adults. The host was really kind and helpful. The view is awesome from the window.
It did not affect us, but the house can be reached by car via a few kilometers of very steep switchbacks and if there is snow on it it may be very difficult to reach it, you definitely need snow chains. I would not recommend it for novice skiers because that part of the piste can be quite difficult.

Ameizing view from a balcony, on one side part of a lake on another side Kaprun. Hosts, mrs Sylvia and her husband was very welcoming and very pleasant. Even we got fresh eggs. If you like animals there are bueatiful and frendly dog Charly and 3 lovely cats,chickens, cows.. But, if not they will not bother you. Apartment and kithcen are good equipped. Sarounding is beautiful for walking and you can see goats and sheeps on a fields around. If you like nature not pure turistic area this could be great chose. If we have a chance we will glad come again.

The house is few kilometers outside and above zel am see. The view from the room was great overlooking the valley and the mountains.

I liked the view, the simplicity and the humbleness of the host. They were super helpful and we got to get some fresh eggs in the morning. A must visit place, I would rather spend my money here than any other place. Well deserved.
Not suitable for people without a car.
