Was really very good as an apartment and 1 minute walking to the bus station everything around what ever you need is around you easy and we were going skiing not to stay in the apartment we use it to sleep and to shower the host are very polite

Location
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this property. While the stay itself was average, the host charged me an outrageous 119 euros for a small burn mark on the table, which felt extremely excessive and unfair. I understand that damages can incur costs, but this charge was completely disproportionate to the issue. It felt more like a way to profit than a fair response to minor wear. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this property and give it 1 out of 10.

Wonderful
It was a lovely clean, light space. It had everything and more than we expected. Things like dish soap,cleaning products,toilet roll and an amazing coffee machine. The host Barbara, kindly provided us with beans. It has underfloor heating,the bathroom was especially warm,so a good place to dry skiwear. The children slept on the sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen area, it was very comfortable. Bed in the main bedroom was also comfortable. We could access Netflix from the tv, so the kids were happy. A fabulous location. The ski bus stop is SO close,maybe 30m when outside the building. It takes you straight to areit xpress gondola. It’s only a 10min walk there, if you hire a locker at brundl, it’s so easy. There is a garage you can keep your skis in at the apartment. A very nice supermarket opposite, or aldi is by the areit xpress, also the train station is there. Really well connected. I think it would be lovely in the non snow months too, right on the golf course. We loved our stay here, would thoroughly recommend. The host Barbara, is so kind and helpful
The only downside is the hot water can run out if one of you takes a bath. You just have to wait a little while for it to heat up, just like at home. It wasn’t a problem for us

Wo come from a warm place and we Ware very cold. To our reqwest to put on the heat they told us that's not winter yet. There wasn't inaghf hot water for a couple

Very clean and cozy apartment. Location really good, few minutes to Kaprun and to lake Zell. Apartment has a code locker, so you don’t need to think of carrying keys all the time.
The only missing facility for us was AC. But you can still leave windows open during nights.

It looked good, but the folding sofa turned out to be very uncomfortable. There was not enough hot water for three people in the evening ... Credit cards are not accepted ...
