The location was excellent, the apartment was comfortable and we had access to everything we needed. We loved being able to leave the car and grab the boat or the bus to go into town. Receiving the summer card was a very happy surprise as we weren't expecting it! The host was kind and helpful, checking in on us to make sure we didn't need anything.

Great location- bus outside door to bring to ski areas/ bus stations,you can ski at Zell am See or get bus to all ski areas. If decide to walk to town from property it’s a beautiful walk around the lake . The property was spotless clean and comfortable and fully equipped. We dined in See camp and Christian’s Gasthuas a local restaurant both had exceptional food and service. Would highly recommend this accommodation and return

good accomodation, near the lake, parking included
They told us that they are dog friendly, but we didnt see that as true... When the dog peed on the bollard, the elderly owner was already rushing after us, clutching his head. When the dog peed on the grass, he told us it wasn't allowed. When we asked where the dog could go to do his business, he said across the road by the lake. Of course this is not a problem during the day, but a dog that gets up in the morning after 8 hours of sleep will not last without peeing 350m outside the property... Another thing was waste sorting - I understand that in each city and region the rules are different, maybe a leaflet in the apartment would be enough. Whenever any of the residents took something to the bins, again the owner would run off and rummage through the rubbish. We ended up leaving mixed waste, PET and glass aside in the apartment because we were afraid to use the bins, that was kinda absurd...

Nice panorama from the balcony and well equipped kitchen. The lake is close and the camping restaurant on the otherside of the road was great, so despite it's not in the town we weren't without services.
Overall good for short stay, but due to the small room size and because toilet on the corridor it might inconvenient for longer. Also, the matrass was a bit overused or too soft and couldn't sleep well enough.

Very welcoming owners who showed us not only the apartment but explained us the surroundings too. The apartment was equipped with all the amenities needed for a wonderful holiday.
Location is great and private free parking is a very big plus in a town where parking is very difficult.
The apartment we stayed at did not have a washing machine which is necessary for a long stay like the one we did. However, we found an awesome laundromat at Kaprunerstraße 5 which fixed the issue.
The shower is an interior room and the kitchen has no cooking hood and so ventilation is not great but to be honest it did not bother us too much. You can just open a window.
The toilet in our case was outside the room but IT IS PRIVATE (only for us). We knew this in advance when we booked the room.

Good location and area, lots to do nearby and plenty of walks. The lake area is lovely. Hosts were welcoming and helpful. The town is about 40 minutes on foot, somedays that felt like a long way but buses are reliable and free with the summer card.
The apartment is very small and not what is shown on the website, felt over priced for what it was. Basically a studio room with a curtain separating the living room and bedroom. Bedroom is very small with only cupboard and no drawers.
As we arrived late at night and the nearest supermarket is a twenty minute walk away which closes at 6pm, it would have been nice to have had a welcome pack, a hot drink would have been so welcome when we arrived.

Wonderful 6 day stay, big apartment, very clean, kitchen fully equipped with everything you can possibly imagine, nice hosts, location satisfying, unfortunately the camp just opposite to apartment is closed and being under construction so no grocery store or restaurant, but there is one good restaurant 200 m from accommodation; lake is just across the street, there is a small area where you can take a swim, rent bikes or boats, but the actual lido Thumersbach beach is few minutes drive by car; all in all it was a wonderful stay, plenty of bike and walk routes around the accommodation, Zell am See city is half an hour away by foot, 15 minutes by bike or 5-6 minutes by car
Apartment does not include Zell am See Sommer Card with discounts and free cable cars which made our summer trip rather expensive, but we did get a discount card at the property with some discounts and free local bus rides and that's why the apartment is bit cheaper than the other accomodations on the site who offer Sommer Card

Very nice host! We are very grateful for his welcoming and open spirit.
The appartment is fully equipped and has everything you need for cooking. The location is also amazing as it is close to the non-touristic beach area and not too far from the town centre.
