Cozy, comfortable and clean.
There's a river just outside which is very loud. Sleeping with open windows in summer might be problematic (there's no AC). Also hanging on the patio is not enjoyable because of that.
On the other hand this was only a minor inconvenience for us. Also maybe the river becomes calmer in the summer (we were at the beginning of May)

location, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and that we could stay longer was really good.
noise, the head of the dear is not necessary. Plus the ceiling of the bathroom upstairs is not complete and the bathroom downstairs was a bit outdated.

Pleasant
The hotel was equipped with almost everything that you need to coke. The location is also good within centre of the Zell am see, but it's a bit on the hill which is very trying if you walk from the City center.
There are small spiders in the room given the hotel is next to the river and it's old.
