Amazing location and view , beautiful apartment with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Useful kitchen.
1- The people who come late should be send their password for the key box by email or wets up one day before reach .
2- should be also send correct wifi earlier
3- should be available towels and tissues everyday, no need to ask
4- The staff should be welcomed and smiling, not taking a lot
6- reception should be provide cold water or juice in chick inn or check out

The location and the two receptionists
My experience at this property was generally good. The two receptionists were absolute sweethearts and very helpful.
However, the apartment definitely needs a deep clean. We found hair in the toilet, stains on the walls, and nails on the bed. We informed the management, but unfortunately, nothing changed and the cleaner was never sent to address the issue.
On the checkout day, I received a call from the duty manager asking us to vacate the apartment. We acknowledge that it was our mistake not to inform them in advance that we needed a late checkout, and that itself was not the issue. What upset me was the tone used during the call, which I found unnecessarily unpleasant and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the conversation ended on a very negative note.
Overall, the property has potential, and the reception staff were lovely, but the cleanliness and the way the checkout situation was handled need significant improvement.

Amazing location. Ample free parking. Two rest rooms and a large terrace were wonderful. Mr. Misha the receptionist is very friendly and offered us activity passes that were extremely useful. Quite, clean and nicely distributed two bedroom apartment. They provided a much needed fan to keep air circulation.
During warm summer days an AC is a must. Exhaust fan didn’t exist in the bathrooms. Kitchen was very small.

Excellent location , right in the center, close to the lake and restaurants. The apartment was spacious, modern, and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, and parking was convenient.

The staff is very friendly and they have handbrause it’s the first hotel I stayed at and they have it, they have zell am see card and it saved for me more than 200€ and the location is perfect at the middle of zell am see everything near the hotel
