Ideally located on the northern shores of one of Austria’s most picturesque Alpine lakes - the Weißensee - the Ferienhof Neusacher-Moser radiates a welcoming atmosphere all year round. In spring and summer, take a deep breath of crystal-clear air while relaxing in the garden. The lake can be easily accessed via the guest house’s own beach. Whether you wish to go swimming, fishing or wind-surfing, Ferienhof Neusacher-Moser is your ideal base. Free bicycles and boats can be used to explore the surrounding region. For breakfast, only local high-quality produce is used. Children can help the farmer milk the cows or feed the other farm animals. All rooms and apartments are lovingly decorated with wooden furniture, making them the perfect retreat for your stay. In winter your activities include ice skating, skiing, cross-country skiing, winter walking, curling, tobogganing, and a lot more. My wife and I recently stayed at and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host, whose kindness and hospitality made us feel at home, even though my German is not the best. They were patient and always eager to help, which we truly appreciated. A fantastic surprise awaited us upon check-in—we received a room upgrade which was a delightful way to start our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view, making our weekend getaway even more special. Breakfast is simply outstanding, featuring a wonderful selection of local delicacies that reminded me of my childhood. The fresh ingredients and variety of options made every morning a true pleasure. Our main reason for visiting was hiking and enjoying nature and this location was perfect for that. The peaceful surroundings provided exactly the kind of escape we were looking for. After a long day outdoors, we indulged in the modern sauna, which was the perfect way to relax and unwind.
WiFi connection could be better, at least in our room.

The location is great if you are there for the lake, and the lake is beautiful. For people who are there to ski it is quite far from the ski areas. The hotel is nice, the room was good...
The beds are not comfortable, and are two soft. There are children running around and screaming all through the hotel, and there is no sound isolation, so you hear everything. They charge a very high price for accomodation, and then they charge an additional quite high cleaning fee, + an extra fee for the dog... Honestly, there are many better accommodations at a much more reasonable price.

A very nice family hotel with the private beach at the lake. Beautiful surroundings with the crystal clear water in the lake. Nice breakfast with home made food selection, very welcoming host. We enjoyed our stay here very much.
Didn't enjoy the breakfast coffee much, good quality espresso/cappuccino for the breakfast would be welcome, anyways this wasn't a big deal for us :-).

Quiet hotel ( 3 night - stay mid May) , very clean, very good breakfast with some homemade products. A nice , new spa ; our room had a view on the lake; friendly hosts and good ambiance overall. Ideally situated. We would go back!

we had a beautiful river view. it was quite and pastoral hotel. they gave us free attractions card for a mountain cable and a boat. they have a private parking. the day we left, we asked to leave our bags and come back later for a shower and they offered us to have a shower at their spa. the downhill go-carts was great
if you arrive at Sunday you should know that the bicycle store is closed
