Wonderful
The design of the hotel creates a very cozy atmosphere during staying. Friendly staff. Easy check-in. Perfect breakfast. Quiet place and the opportunity to get enough sleep

Overall, it's a nice and charming hotel in the city centre - the location is great, and we had free parking with a roof. We liked the variety of food at breakfast and berliners with jam
Unfortunately, there are some things we didn't like: the pillows were not comfortable, and they had a bad smell (not sure if the pillowcase wasn't clean or the pillow itself is old and has a bad smell, so I had to put a shirt over the pillow. Also, we saw some of the cherry tomatoes at breakfast were moldy, and that was a red flag for us (we are expecting food safety at the hotel so we were surprised the staff didn't see the moldy tomatoes/didn't check the food before putting it on the table).

Nice hotel in city center. Free parking. Very nice receptionist. Very nice all employees. Clean bathroom. Good breakfast. Big room.
Old carpet on the room floor makes the feeling of the room not so clean. If you don't have slippers you must walk on the carpet.

The location was great-- a short walk from the Westbahnhof and there were cute shops right outside the hotel. All amenities in the room were great.
I woke up a little before 8AM and I heard someone already knocking down the hallway for housekeeping! Seemed way too early for me. After that I kept the DND door sign on.

Great location and free parking on site.
We rented the 2 bedroom apartment and a double room as Booking.com has the apartment only listed as max 4 people. However, the apartment ended up having 3 bedrooms (all with queen beds) plus numerous futon chairs and couches. We could have easily all have fit in the apartment without needing the double.
